A notebook, but organised. A place to dump ideas, track progress, and document the things I'm tinkering with.

Each experiment gets its own page with a timeline showing how it evolves. Some will go somewhere. Most won't. That's the point.

When something does work out, it either becomes a thing in its own right or gets absorbed as fragments into the wider constellation of projects and sites I maintain. Ideas rarely stay contained.

Why public?

Writing in public forces clarity. It's easy to convince yourself you understand something until you try to explain it. Plus, maybe someone else finds it useful.
